  • My garage door is making quite a lot of Noise when it opens and closes?

If your Roller Door or Sectional door is acting noisy this could mean that your garage door may be heavy and not functioning properly.

A noisy garage door could be a few things from loose hinges, loose chain, fixings , rollers, to the door being unbalanced. It is recommended to book a service with our experienced technician who will go through your garage door from top to bottom. If left it could lead to more major repairs later down the track.

  • My cable on one side of my garage door is starting to break?

This is called a frayed cable and needs attention straight away. If your cable breaks completely your garage door will end up on an angle and will be unusable. We recommend to replace both cables at the same time to avoid the same thing happening again further down the line.

  • My Wheel has come out of the Track?

These wheels are rollers that glide your sectional door up and over to open or down to close. When they come out, they can be put back. It is recommended that you use an experienced technician to do this job as it needs to be re-installed with the right alignment so it does not alter the existing roller wheels already in the track and the roller wheels on the opposite side track of your door.

  • The Garage Door Chain is Loose?

The loose chain is actually attached to your garage door motor which helps pull you garage door up or helps to push it down. The loose chain could possibly mean that you are having issues with the cog, maybe the sprockets are worn. CB Garage Doors carry a large range of parts to repair all make and models of automatic garage door openers, call the office with your brand of automatic motor when you make your repair booking.

  • My Automatic Motor is Noisy?

It is commended to have one of our technicians to come and perform a service on the automatic opener and replace any worn parts if needed.

  • My Garage Door will not open?

This may be due to broken springs. We recommend to have a technician come out to look and source out the problem and repair.
